Before contacting us via e-mail, there are a few things we want you to know:
- Communication through e-mail is not secure, so you should not send any confidential information, including personal, medical, or financial information.
- We are not able to provide medical advice via e-mail. For medical advice, please consult your physician.
- We are not able to accept job applications or resumes via e-mail; they will not be forwarded to hiring departments. Please visit the Tribal Human Resources Department.
- We are not able to respond to inquiries about your bill or insurance matters via e-mail, and we cannot respond to or forward such inquiries. For assistance, please call our Business Services office between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (Pacific time zone), at (209) 928-5452.
